I am a self-taught baker who turned her little cookie hobby into a business! I started Grizzly Bear Baking Co. not long after my first daughter was born as a hobby and creative outlet, and it grew faster than i could have imagined!

You may be wondering where the name Grizzly Bear Baking Co comes from, as we are located in Knoxville, TN, where no Grizzly Bears call home...Honestly, I'm not so sure either. What i do know is that our logo looks exactly like my childhood bear, Snuggles. I wanted to create a company that is unapologetically me, and Grizzly Bear Baking Co. is just that.
